Clinic Website Lead Leak Checker

Answer 11 yes/no questions about your clinic or practice website. You'll get a score out of 100 and a prioritized list of fixes. It takes about 2 minutes and runs entirely in your browser.

1. Does your homepage show a clear phone number and a 'Book appointment' button without scrolling on a phone?
2. Does your site load in under about 3 seconds on mobile?
3. Do you have a separate page for each main service you want patients for?
4. Do your Google Ads send people to a matching landing page instead of the homepage?
5. Are your contact or appointment forms 5 fields or fewer?
6. Do your forms avoid asking for symptoms, conditions or other health details?
7. Do you track calls and form submissions as conversions in Google Ads or GA4?
8. Does someone reply to web inquiries within 1 business hour?
9. Is your Google Business Profile complete with hours, services, photos and a booking link?
10. Are your WordPress core, theme and plugins updated at least monthly, with backups?
11. Does your site show real trust signals (provider bios, credentials, accepted insurance, location map)?

Why these checks matter

Most clinic websites lose inquiries in a few predictable places: slow mobile pages, hidden phone numbers, long forms, ads that land on the homepage, and nobody tracking which calls came from which campaign. Each question above maps to one of those leaks. The score is a rough self-assessment, not an audit, and results depend on your market and how you implement fixes.
