Client agreement summary
A plain-English summary. The signed agreement you receive before work starts is the binding version.
1. Mockup and revisions
The homepage mockup is free. After you approve it, the setup fee includes 2 rounds of revisions before launch. Extra rounds are quoted in writing first.
2. Ownership (IP)
Once the setup fee is paid, you own your domain, website content, design files and all accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Business Profile). We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio only with your permission.
3. Monthly plans and notice
Plans are month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email. No cancellation fee.
4. Scope changes
Small content edits are included in the monthly plan. New pages, features or campaigns are quoted in writing, and we only start once you approve.
5. Ad spend
Paid by you directly to Google or Microsoft. Our fee covers setup and management only.
6. Payment
Setup: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Monthly fees are billed in advance.
7. No outcome guarantees
We guarantee the work (setup, tracking, weekly optimisation), not rankings, patients or leads.
8. Leaving
We hand over site files and logins within 5 business days of the final invoice.
