Payment

Setup fees are paid upfront. Monthly plans bill in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Ad spend and results

Ad spend is paid directly to platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads or revenue.

Client content

You confirm you have rights to content you provide. You own your website content once paid in full.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
